About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote independence and enable individuals to make their own decisions.
  • Support clients to achieve their outcomes and involve families and professionals in the care planning process.
  • Connect clients to their communities and access local support and services.
  • Deliver personalized care that respects clients' dignity and promotes their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, documenting and reporting information as required.
