About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in Brooklands and Timperley.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote independence and enable individuals to meet their outcomes.
  • Support people to access local services and connect them to their communities.
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

Induction Training

We will provide you with comprehensive induction training on Be Caring values, dignity and respect, safeguarding and equality and diversity, confidentiality and professional boundaries, and more.
