Job Title: Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and organised Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our pastoral support team, you will provide individualised support to students, addressing their emotional and social needs. You will work closely with our senior leaders and pastoral team to develop initiatives that promote student well-being and behaviour.

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support focusing on student well-being and behaviour
- Collaborate with the pastoral team and senior leaders on school-wide initiatives
- Assist in addressing students' emotional and social needs, promoting overall well-being

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Compassionate and organised, with a passion for student development
