Education and Support Coach Job Description
Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education and Support Coach to join our team at Sheffield Springs Academy. As an Education and Support Coach, you will play a vital role in providing support to students, promoting a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall success of our academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students, addressing their learning needs and promoting academic progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to inform instruction and support.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in support and education.
