About the Role

We are seeking a General Practitioner to join our team in a flexible working arrangement. As a GP in our training practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the education and development of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality patient care in a flexible sessional arrangement, with 4-8 sessions available per week.
  2. Work with a well-established clinical support team, including Physician Associates and Pharmacists, to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
  3. Manage a manageable workload with 15-minute appointments, allowing for efficient and effective care.
  4. Enjoy a rare opportunity for home visits, with a focus on providing care in the community.
  5. Work in purpose-built premises, providing a great working environment and excellent facilities.
  6. Contribute to the training and development of clinicians, with a strong emphasis on education and professional growth.
  7. Utilize SystmOne practice software to streamline your workflow and improve patient care.

Requirements

  4. Included on the NHS Performer's List, ensuring eligibility for NHS work.
