Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Greensleeves Care.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional care and support to residents while maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity, and choice.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £13.07 per hour (dependent on experience), with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days paid holiday, paid breaks, and access to Employee Assistance Programmes, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience of providing care (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
Working Environment:
As a Care Support Worker, you will be working in a residential setting, assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as preparing them for bed and assisting with morning routines.
