Your Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to residents
* Assist with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and using the toilet
* Promote residents' independence and dignity while respecting their rights and choices
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Understanding of the needs of older adults
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of care principles and practices (preferably with a QCF diploma in care level 2 or equivalent)
