About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Bath. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing service team
  • Ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and make recommendations to customers
