Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Prezzo

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Bath. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our waiting staff and ensuring that every customer leaves happy and wanting to return. You will work closely with our management team to achieve our mission of becoming the UK's favourite Italian dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our waiting staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests
  • Work closely with our management team to achieve our mission
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
