Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our design team in the renewable energy sector. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for controlling a team of design engineers, working on 3D modeling and design, and ensuring projects are delivered to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of design engineers in the development of design solutions for renewable energy projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet client requirements
  • Develop and maintain 3D models and designs using AutoCAD and other relevant software
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including DSEAR, BOM's, CDM, Atex, and IGEM
  • Provide technical guidance and support to design engineers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Lead in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of 3D AutoCAD and other relevant design software
  • Experience with industry standards and regulations, including DSEAR, BOM's, CDM, Atex, and IGEM
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
