Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Specialist to join our Restructuring Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality insolvency processes and supporting the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of insolvency processes across various seats, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective communication.
  • Develop relationships with colleagues across the firm to support the delivery of Restructuring Advisory objectives.
  • Manage and train junior team members, including graduate and school leavers, to ensure their development and growth.
  • Deliver on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
  • Communicate regularly with the RDT Lead on key objectives, performance, and team capacity.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with statutory deadlines on all corporate cases.
  • Identify and address risk issues promptly.
  • Complete and submit timesheets and billing within deadlines and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with insolvency and relevant legislation.
  • Attend staff meetings and training as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency in a similar role.
  • Proficient user of case management systems.
  • Strong insolvency technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple commitments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to high-quality delivery within agreed timeframes.
  • Commitment to continued personal development and a strong desire to develop and train junior team members.
