About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restructuring Delivery Associate to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our Restructuring Advisory team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality insolvency processes and supporting the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the delivery of processes for each seat in accordance with standard procedures and relevant compliance.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop internal relationships with colleagues to support delivery of RDT objectives.
  • Work with others to manage graduate and school leavers, including training, coaching, and supervising staff.
  • Deliver 'on the job' training for team members.
  • Communicate regularly with the RDT Lead on key objectives, performance, and team capacity.
  • Complete regular reviews to ensure compliance standards are met and deliver proactive case progression.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with statutory deadlines on all corporate cases.
  • Identify risk issues and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
  • Complete and submit timesheets and billing within deadlines and budgets.
  • Keep up to date with insolvency and other relevant legislation.
  • Attend staff meetings and training as required.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years' experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency in a similar role Assistant Manager.
  • Proficient user of case management system IPS or similar.
  • Experience of making decisions and communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong insolvency technical knowledge.
  • Good time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple commitments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality delivery within agreed timeframes.
  • Commitment to continued personal development and a strong desire to develop and train junior members of the team.
