About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Windy Knowe Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with washing and dressing
  • Supporting with feeding and mealtimes
  • Finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs
  • General housekeeping, including tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
  • Supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities
