About the Company:
The Recruitment Co. is a leading recruitment agency providing top talent to various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber and Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Plumber and Electrician to ensure the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is completed in line with specifications and Work Packages in domestic properties and communal areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for routine and non-routine maintenance, fault finding, and completing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine and non-routine maintenance of domestic properties and communal areas
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Completion of tasks in accordance with specifications and Work Packages

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a Plumber and Electrician, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. You should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £11.44 - £25.00 per annum dependant on experience (weekly pay). You will also receive full-time employment with a temp to perm contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career with a reputable company.
