**Calling All Multi-Skill Trades in Worcestershire & Gloucestershire**

**Are you a Plumber? Are you a Carpenter? If so then we need you**

Platform Property Care has a fantastic opportunity for experienced Multi Skill Tradespersons based in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire to join our Responsive Repairs team to help us maintain and improve our homes.

As part of our talented team, you will have a base trade in one of these required roles:

- ** Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter** - Salary up to £37,103 per annum
- ** Multi-Skill Trades Plumber** - Salary up to £37,103 per annum

**What could you be doing?**

You will be ensuring our customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard. You will be either an experienced Multi Skill Trades Carpenter or Plumber, who can carry out a range of multi skilled maintenance works such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, wall tiling, flooring, and decoration including major works.

You will work closely with the Service Managers in this area, to manage jobs from inspection, through carrying out the works independently and post inspection once works are completed.

You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec. You’ll have full control of your job completion, inclusive of materials and liaison with customers.

The role is varied, and no two days are the same It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team

A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service. You will also own the work issued and be focused on Right First-Time delivery.

**Some things we need from you**:
You will be qualified in at least one of the following trades:
Plumbing, Carpentry, with associated trade skills of Flooring, Plastering, Tiling and Decoration

You’ll have the ability to demonstrate an expertise in these trades and be able to deliver and resolve a repair job from start to finish.
- Experience of delivering Multi Trade work,
- For Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter, you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2
- For Multi-Skill Trades Plumber, you will have NVQ L2 Plumbing
- You will have good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track
- And the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time
- A full driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role, a van with fuel card is provided
- As you will be working within Customers' homes this role requires a DBS check.

There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required.

This role is for a team based in the following towns so you will need to live close to or in these areas: Evesham, Worcester, Bishops Cleeve, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, and Gloucester.
