Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager

DKF Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring they are completed safely, profitably, and on time, while maintaining the highest levels of service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing works and direct management of ongoing projects
  • Identifying new growth opportunities
  • Managing contracts to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Communicating effectively with all levels within the organisation
  • Handling incoming sales enquiries and developing new business leads
  • Compiling risk assessments, method statements, tenders, PPQs, and ASBS notifications
  • Managing all training requirements and equipment servicing and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Contracts Manager role for a licenced Asbestos Removal Business
  • Hold ARCA (or equivalent) Licensed Contracts Manager Refresher
  • Extensive industry experience, inclusive of all asbestos legislation
  • Capability to organise and run several varied projects
  • IT literacy and ability to operate programming software such as MS Project and Asta
  • Good communication, literacy, and organisational skills
  • Fully aware of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation
  • Good commercial awareness and management experience with behavioural awareness
  • Full Driving Licence
