Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager to join our team at DKF Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring the smooth operation of asbestos removal projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Communicate effectively with all levels within the organisation, including Directors, Site Managers, Site Operatives, and Sub-Contractors.
* Understand all financial aspects of the management process, from start to finish, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Compile risk assessments, method statements, tenders, PPQs, and ASBS notifications, and relay all information contained in site-specific risk assessments/method statements to site personnel to maintain full understanding.
**Requirements**
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Contracts Manager role for a licensed Asbestos Removal Business.
* Extensive industry experience, inclusive of all asbestos legislation.
* Capability to organise and run several varied projects.
* Fully aware of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, with the ability to assess and produce Risk Assessment, Method Statements, and Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans.
* Good commercial awareness.
* Management experience with behavioural awareness.
* Full Driving Licence.
