About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Manchester. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our Sales and Product teams, driving business growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial finance support to our Retailer Development & Support teams, influencing and driving them to execute their full-year financial plan.
  • Lead the annual financial plan and rolling forecast processes for the teams you support.
  • Provide monthly and weekly insight into performance, working with the Business Insight and Reporting teams to ensure information supports strategic decisions.
  • Proactively gain an understanding of new products, develop KPIs, and drive performance discussions with stakeholders.
  • Analyse large datasets to provide insights, identify risks and opportunities, and influence stakeholders to drive commercially sound and financially secure decisions.
Requirements
  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders across financial and non-financial backgrounds
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience modeling data
  • Curious individual with strong commercial awareness
  • Proactive approach and a problem-solving mindset, ability to work autonomously
