Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are looking for experienced leaders who know how to be great team players and have a real passion to create an amazing guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, coach and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to create and deliver a vision for the venue, ensuring standards and compliance are maintained.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, providing a great experience that keeps them coming back.
  • Manage and develop your team to achieve their full potential, providing opportunities for growth and development.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Deputy Manager at Hill Top Tap, one of our leading venues in Sidcup. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing your team, and contributing to the success of the venue.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a great guest experience.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
