About the Role

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our engineering leadership team and take charge of all aspects of mobile engineering. As the Head of Mobile Engineering, you'll lead a team of iOS, Android, and QA engineers to drive best practices and work with our squads on delivering key company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 20+ engineers to drive best practices in iOS and Android development
  • Work with the iOS and Android native teams on architecture, team ways of working, and tackling technical debt
  • Collaborate with the QA manual team to ensure high-quality and efficient releases
  • Work with the QA automation team to ensure good quality test coverage and enable the manual QA team in their goals
  • Participate in a 3-person engineering leadership team to tackle cross-company initiatives vital to the company's success
Requirements
  • Experience in a role requiring a mix of product and engineering decision-making
  • Ability to balance competing needs across the business to make quick decisions
  • Startup experience
