As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and driving the commercial management and control of associated costs, while delivering excellent guest service and achieving all financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Cycle Centre Manager in driving and delivering excellent guest service
- Assist in managing budgets and delivering agreed performance targets
- Facilitate and develop a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of the team
- Provide coaching and coordinate any training requirements for the team
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the village
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to support, develop and challenge a team
