We are seeking a highly experienced Property Lead to join our team at Selfridges. As a key member of our property department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality retail fit-out and construction projects across our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project activities.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor and review project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Fire & Life Safety legislation, and CDM Regulations.

Requirements:

  • Advanced project management skills with experience in retail construction projects.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations, F&LS legislation, and RIBA design process.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Location: London, UK.
