Red King Resourcing is seeking a Sales Consultant to enhance their luxury travel division. This is an exceptional opportunity for sales professionals with a passion for travel, particularly cruise sales, to join a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to earn commission on top of their basic salary, and have the opportunity to experience the company's cruise lines firsthand. The office is based in a lovely converted barn space with on-site parking, and the team is led by experienced managers with a deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to luxury cruise clients
  • Earning commission on sales and participating in tax-free incentives from suppliers
  • Attending work-related events and meetings

Requirements:

  • Sales or customer service experience, particularly in the travel or cruise industry
  • Own car and full driving license
  • Residency in the Reading area

The role is available on a permanent basis, with a 1-in-3 weekend schedule and 2 days off per week. The office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm, and Sunday, 10am-6pm.
