Sales and Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our business, focusing on kidswear. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with experience working with high street retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, negotiating product development, costings, and orders.
  • Identify business opportunities and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop new products, presenting collections to buyers.
  • Ensure production is controlled and execution of orders runs smoothly.
  • Work closely with design, technical, and sales functions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, managing customer expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager from the supplier side of fashion, preferably in kidswear.
  • Proven track record of working with high street retailers, developing strong relationships with buyers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with factories in the Far East.
  • Organized and able to take ownership of accounts on a day-to-day basis.
  • Familiarity with the Leicester market and strong connections with local buyers.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. Location: Leicester
