NPI Admin Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the role of NPI Admin - Domain Trainee- English - Prestwick (United Kingdom). In this role, you will provide administrative support for the Engineering team in daily management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular KPI updates in systems and visual boards or KPI dashboards related to the NPI team.
  • Maintain up-to-date status of productivity projects tracking in system.
  • Maintain up-to-date status of Smartsheet related to NPI Engineering.
  • Maintain NPI Engineering databases related to any NPI and productivity projects.
  • Scrap part management for NPIs, including maintaining database of scrap parts, ordering scraps when required, and maintaining scrap part storing of NPIs.
  • Maintain Lesson Learned Database.
  • Cross-check of NPI deliverables readiness related to any RDRs.
  • Long-term: Create and maintain site-level capability list, communicate cost and timing to focal, and update catalogue proactively.
Qualifications We Seek
  • Aerospace Background with LEAN Six Sigma.
  • Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineer or Diploma.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Willingness to perform routine tasks.
  • Efficient communication skills.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Detailed-oriented mindset.
