NPI Admin - Domain Trainee Job Description

We are inviting applications for the role of NPI Admin - Domain Trainee in our Prestwick (United Kingdom) office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular KPI updates in systems and visual boards or KPI dashboards related to the NPI team.
  • Ensure up-to-date status of productivity projects tracking in systems.
  • Manage NPI Engineering databases related to any NPI and productivity projects.
  • Perform scrap part management for NPIs, including maintaining database of scrap parts, ordering scraps when required, and storing scraps.
  • Maintain Lesson Learned Database.
  • Cross-check NPI deliverables readiness related to any RDRs.
  • Long-term: Create and maintain site-level capability lists, communicate cost and timing to focal, and update catalogues.
Qualifications:
  • Aerospace background with LEAN Six Sigma.
  • Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineer or Diploma.
  • Strong administrative skills, willingness to perform routine tasks, efficient communication skills, logical thinking, and detailed-oriented mindset.
