We are looking for a skilled Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our Armed Forces personnel.

About the Job:

  • You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Serving and replenishing food from counters and breaking down stations at the end of meal periods, you will ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Interacting with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areas, you will provide exceptional service and build strong relationships.
  • You will support services within the Mess operational business area food service and bar service, contributing to the overall success of the department.
  • Working closely with the Hospitality Supervisor, you will ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement are achieved.

What You'll Need:

  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others are essential in this role.
  • Basic food-handling skills are required, but no previous experience is necessary.
