Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for the right candidate
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Booking Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering booking information into our system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter booking information into our system with high accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to bookings
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling customer information
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
