Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Coordinator to join our despatch team. The primary function of this role will be to support the despatch process by swapping out returned faulty products and testing them to identify any issues. You may also be required to load software onto products and assess whether they are within warranty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Swapping of returned goods and preparing them for despatch
  2. Testing duties, including loading software onto products and assessing warranty
  3. Communicating with customers via phone or email

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable and comfortable working with IT packages
  • Familiarity with technical products and their operation
