Nursery Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Early Years Development Coordinator to lead our team in delivering exceptional early years education. As a key member of our nursery, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational and personal growth of children in our care.

The successful candidate will have a recognized qualification in Early Years or above, ensuring a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for supporting children's development. We value dedication, expertise, and passion for early years education as a core aspect of this role.

This position requires an in-depth understanding of child development, early years education principles, and best practices, informed by the latest research and industry standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong, nurturing relationships with children, adults, and effectively engaging with parents and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a secure and engaging learning environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
  • Design and implement age-appropriate activities that nurture children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Assess and monitor each child's progress, maintaining open and effective communication with parents and caregivers to offer comprehensive feedback and support.
