HR Advisor

**We are currently seeking a part time HR professional to join us as a HR Advisor (Hybrid/Mirfield)**

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry people are at the heart of our business.

As a **HR Advisor **you will be the voice of the people within Incora providing first-class support to our internal stakeholders.

You will be the person supporting leaders in our Warehouse Operations function with day-to-day HR queries, managing employee relationships and absence management.

**About You**

You will be a qualified Level 3 or 5 HR Advisor; resilient, with a focus on being a strong partner to our Warehouse leaders. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of managing absence, disciplinaries and investigations. Intermediate excel skills are a must for this role.

- Starting salary from £35,000 pro rata (this is a part time role, we are flexible around the hours)
