HR Advisor

**Are you an experienced HR Advisor seeking a new permanent job? Working closely with the Head of HR, this is a fast paced, varied generalist role and your duties as HR Advisor will include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting Managers, providing advice on a variety of HR related queries
- Employee Relations
- Dealing with recruitment of manufacturing and office staff
- Attendance Management
- Updating systems
- Working in a very fast paced environment
- Preparing reports
- Assisting with disciplinaries and grievances
- Any other duties as required

You will have:

- Previous generalist HR experience within a busy, fast paced environment
- Strong and effective communication skills at all levels
- The ability to work on your own initiative

In addition, you will be resilient with a GSOH and a driving licence to travel to different sites when required.
