We are currently seeking a Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our successful Commercial Schemes division. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
This position is ideal for individuals eager to start their career in the industry, particularly those with a background in sales. You will manage new business inquiries within our specialized property team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transforming leads into opportunities while ensuring client needs are prioritized.
- Building and nurturing relationships with Insurers, Introducers, and various divisions within the organization.
- Achieving and surpassing individual and team targets related to revenue, conversion rates, and lead generation.
- Understanding client challenges and providing innovative solutions.
- Effectively negotiating and influencing both internally and externally to meet business goals.
- Making informed technical decisions that benefit the client, team, and organization.
- Following up with clients for necessary documentation and orders.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in New Business, with a solid understanding of sales and client service.
- Customer-centric mindset, with experience in a telephony-based service environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to process tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including Maths and English.
- A-levels (desirable).
- Cert CII (desirable).
