Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team at Boots Opticians. As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centred care and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
About the Role
As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will work across the healthcare counter and the dispensary to provide fantastic patient care. Your duties will include tailoring conversations with every customer to ensure they leave feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs, delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary, and complying with legal and professional requirements.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need to have either an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services or be working towards and have completed the first year of an Mpharm course at university. You will also need to have completed a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent.
