About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sourcing & Vendor Manager to lead our strategic vendor partnerships across the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global telecommunications vendors
  • Conduct high-level business reviews to ensure contract compliance and SLA adherence
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and lead complex vendor negotiations
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to drive standardization and process improvements
  • Resolve vendor performance issues and exercise contractual rights on behalf of Amazon
A Day in the Life
  • Collects and inputs vendor performance data from various stakeholder groups and tools into a vendor performance workbook.
  • Initiates vendor disputes related to SLA infractions to obtain service credits and follows through to dispute resolution.
  • Supports onboarding and maintenance of supplier escalation matrices.
  • Manages voice and data circuit detail governance, reconciles inventory discrepancies, and evaluates circuit contract term expirations to partner closely with ISPs to drive cost optimization opportunities.
  • Drives negotiations to ensure vendor agreement to Amazon key terms and conditions on MTSA and Wireline Service Schedules.
  • Tracks and reports updates on key program initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
  • Experience in a professional field or military
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
