About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Employability Trainer to join our team at Capital City College Training. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training courses and apprenticeships that meet the evolving needs of employers and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver employability training programs for learners at various levels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure training meets industry needs
  • Contribute to the development of new training courses and programs aligned with market intelligence and demand
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective training delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
