About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Employability Trainer to join our team at Capital City College Training (CCCT). As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training courses and apprenticeships designed to meet the evolving needs of employers and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs in employability skills, digital skills, and customer service
  • Work closely with employers to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the development of new training courses and programs
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality training experience for students
