**Job Title:** Senior Construction Estimator

Overview:

The Lignum Group is a leading construction company seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of budgets for tenders, pitches, and proposals;
  • Handover of information to the commercial department and maintenance of records;
  • Compilation of compliant and competitive tenders within deadlines;
  • Pre-handover budget compiling and value engineering;
  • Post-handover budget management;
  • Tracking and chasing assigned opportunities and tenders, including conversion to the next stage or closure;
  • Update subcontractor, supplier, and client information;
  • Liaise with procurement, ordering, and finance for pricing and costs of labor and materials;
  • Liaise with clients and prospects as required.

Requirements:

  • CSCS basic card;
  • Programme and project management skills;
  • Advanced user MS Excel;
  • Competent user MS Word, MS Project, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
