About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scientific Project Manager to join our team at Unicorn Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing design projects and developing new products, concepts, and delivery systems to meet our corporate and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage design projects in accordance with approved procedures to develop new products, concepts, and delivery systems.
  • Design File Management: Curate, assemble, and maintain product design files, establishing consistent records for design history.
  • Product Design: Make changes to product design specifications that add value to the product, user experience, safety, and performance.
  • Record Keeping: Establish records for design projects and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, competitor research, and global sales intelligence to support sales and product introduction.
Requirements
  • Communication: Establish strong connections with people at every level, understand and be understood.
  • Organization: Work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintain clear and accurate records, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate humility, listen, admit mistakes, and show empathy.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in the scientific or technical industry.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree-level education or equivalent, with a minimum of A-levels or equivalent.
  • Background: Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in the science or biotechnology industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
