Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Cognizant is seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of AWS resources to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
  • Provide expertise in Amazon Linux, AWS Trusted Advisor, and AWS Config to maintain a robust cloud environment.
  • Ensure compliance with AWS Well-Architected Framework to achieve operational excellence.
  • Implement and manage AWS ADFS for secure identity and access management.
  • Utilize AWS Autoscaling to maintain application performance and availability.
  • Manage AWS Certificate Manager to ensure secure communications.
  • Use AWS CLI for efficient cloud resource management and automation.
  • Apply AWS Cloud Native Security practices to protect cloud resources.
  • Design and manage AWS Networking solutions to ensure reliable connectivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Required Skills
  • Good experience in cloud infrastructure management.
  • Experience with Terraform, Grafana, GitLab, Python, Splunk.
  • Expertise in Amazon Linux, AWS Trusted Advisor, AWS Config, and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS ADFS, AWS Autoscaling, and AWS Certificate Manager.
  • Proficiency in AWS Cloud Native Security and AWS CLI.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Networking.
  • Domain expertise in Issuer and Issuer Processor.
  • Experience in Cards and Payments is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering secure and scalable cloud solutions.
  • Relevant AWS certifications are highly desirable.
  • Certifications Required: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security Specialty, AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty.
