We have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Analyst to join a new Delivery PMO team in Worcester. This role within the Technology Delivery team is responsible for delivering technology capabilities to Sanctuary Group, ensuring employees have access to the systems they need to perform their duties.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver effective and efficient PMO services, including planning, demand and resource management, programme assurance, and high-quality reporting.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within Technology and the wider Sanctuary Group.
- Support planning and resource management, as well as financial monitoring.
- Lead the collation and maintenance of Risk & Issue, Actions, and Dependency information.
- Contribute to establishing standardised processes across the portfolio.
- Work closely with the Programme Management team.
- Provide guidance and training to the project delivery community and other stakeholders on PMO best practice.
