Job Description


As a Learning Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, delivery, and assessment of learning activities for primary classes.


You will work closely with teachers to support student learning and achievement, providing individualized support as needed to ensure students reach their full potential.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans and educational programs.
  • Provide academic support to students, helping them understand complex concepts and stay on track with their studies.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
  • Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of student progress, identifying areas where additional support may be necessary.
