About the Position

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced and skilled Bank Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and support a team of Care Assistants to ensure they meet the highest standards of care and support
  2. Work closely with the clinical team to provide comprehensive care and support to our residents
  3. Respect resident dignity and preferences by ensuring their individual needs are met and respected
  4. Contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment within the care home
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • A compassionate and committed approach to delivering individualised care and support
