About Maison Estelle

Maison Estelle is a prestigious members club located in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. Our aim is to provide an exceptional experience for our members, offering personalized service and discretion.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the Head of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing all food-related activities, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing luxury restaurants with an Italian concept. They will be responsible for creating innovative menus, managing budgets, and leading a team of chefs to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

  • Plan and direct all food preparation and culinary activities for our Italian restaurant.
  • Ensure that all departments are briefed on menu items, communicating relevant information such as provenance, allergens, and nutritional content.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet our high standards, incorporating current food trends and best practices.
  • Manage equipment repairs, health and safety requirements, and budget allocation.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop innovative activations and events for our restaurant.
  • Participate in vendor sourcing, quality control, budget management, and inventory purchasing.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing luxury restaurants with an Italian concept.
  • Ability to create innovative menus that meet our high standards.
  • Leadership skills, with experience in managing a team of chefs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to talk to colleagues, senior management, and members.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
