About the Opportunity

We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our team in Bristol.

As a Telesales Advisor, you will provide an excellent service to new and existing customers, ensuring that their requirements and expectations are met while maximising upselling opportunities to achieve set KPIs and targets.

You will manage your own customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction while resolving customer queries regarding orders and products, making outbound calls and updating systems accordingly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is looking to progress their sales career within a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in a sales role with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
  • Ability to work towards set KPIs and targets while maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Collaboration with other departments to maximise customer service and increase sales.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Good IT skills with proficiency in using sales-related software.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum plus commission.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role.

  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload.
