Surgical Training Opportunity: We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Surgical Training Fellow to join our team at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role: As a Surgical Training Fellow, you will be responsible for gaining experience in all aspects of endourological surgery, including ESWL, ureteroscopy for stones and urothelial carcinoma and PCNL as well as metabolic stone disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a middle grade, non-resident 1 in 9 on-call rota.
  • Engage in high-impact translational research.
  • Develop your skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Completed a minimum of five years Specialty Registrar or equivalent training in Urology in the UK or equivalent.
  • Fully registered with the General Medical Council.

Salary: £70,425 to £72,211 per annum pro rata
