Head of Invoicing Department Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Invoicing Department to lead our financial operations team at Intertek. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire invoicing process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, specifically in accounts receivable and billing, and possess excellent leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of billing staff, developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors in the invoicing process, and liaising with clients to resolve any issues or concerns related to invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of billing staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors in the invoicing process

Requirements

  • Experience working in finance, specifically in accounts receivable and billing
