Sunday Deputy Manager Moorland Road

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sunday Deputy Manager to join our team at Moorland Road in Bath. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in delivering excellent customer service, managing the store floor, and ensuring efficient stock control and rotation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Support the store manager in managing the store floor, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure efficient stock control and rotation, maintaining high standards of stockroom organization and inventory management.
- Support the training and development of volunteers, ensuring they are competent to prepare goods for display, provide excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
- Actively recruit and encourage volunteering within the shop, maintaining a volunteer rota to ensure shop trading at all published times.
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous development of our retail operations.
- Deliver accurate and proper financial procedures, banking, and administration as required by Dorothy House.
- Participate in education, training, development, and appraisal, attending meetings as required.
- Good standard of Maths and English.
- Strong team worker with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience working in Retail or Charity Shop.
- Experience within a management role.
- Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
