About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Search Manager to join our team at Wise. As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and analyzing large Google, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads accounts across multiple markets and languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize large Google, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads accounts
- Analyze and report on campaign performance
- Contribute to the overall business strategy within the Paid Media team
- Creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards and weekly/monthly reports
- Proactively look for optimisation opportunities and translate them into campaign delivery
Requirements
- Experience running large, successful direct-response Search campaigns for a fast-growing business or agency
- Experience running video campaigns on YouTube with direct-response and mid-funnel objectives
- Passion for digital marketing and understanding of how to engage users across the funnel
- Analytical mindset and experience with bid management and automation tools
- Data-driven and able to gather actionable insights from large data sources
