Paid Search Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to join our team at Assembly. As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of paid search campaigns for our clients, leveraging your expertise in AI-powered search practices to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive client business objectives
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and drive business growth
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients to inform their search marketing strategies
- Manage and develop a team of Senior and Account Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Proven experience in paid search management, with a strong understanding of AI-powered search practices
- Excellent knowledge of bid management platforms and other Paid Search technologies
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in line management and setting development plans for direct reports
